WHAT YOU GET

You will receive 1 photo shoot session up to one hour for up to 6 people (each additional person/subject is $10 each). You will receive 1-11×14 Mounted Print or 20 Holiday Postcards and a CD of images (low-resolution with company logo on the images). CD OF IMAGES FOR VIEWING PURPOSES ONLY – YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE PRINTS OFF THIS CD. You will receive 25% off your first order of prints and images at the photo proof viewing session. You will have the opportunity to purchase future prints and products from an online password protected gallery.

HOW IT WORKS

We schedule an appointment to shoot at the location of your choice out of 8 locations. Please keep in mind we do not do “studio” portraits. This deal is NOT for a photo shoot at your home. AFTER THE PHOTO SHOOT

After your photo shoot you will make a “photo proof viewing session” appointment at our office in South Pasadena. At the viewing appointment you will view the images on a screen and select your favorite for your 1-11×14 Mounted Print or 20 Holiday Postcards. You will also have the opportunity to place an order for additional prints and images at 25% Off. The appointment takes about 1 hour. You will also receive the password to view and order future prints and products on your online password-protected gallery. You MUST schedule and attend a “photo proof viewing session” to view your images, receive your 1-11×14 Mounted Print or 20 Holiday Postcards, CD of images (low-resolution with company logo on the images), and online password. There is only ONE viewing appointment per photo shoot session.

FAQs

Can I use this deal for a head shot of professional business portrait? Sorry this deal is only for images that are for personal use only. If you have purchased the session and would like to trade for a professional head shot session please call 626-329-2557 to make arrangements.

Can I use the photo shoot session for Engagement photos or Senior Portraits? Yes, absolutely!

Can I use the photo shoot session for a credit towards a wedding or other service? No, they cannot be used for other services.

Do I need an appointment for the photo shoot? Yes, please call 626-329-2557 to schedule your photo shoot.

Can I choose another location for the photo shoot other than the 8 locations listed? Other location requests are subject to approval and additional travel fees.

Can I include my pet for the photo shoot? Yes, as long as they are well behaved.

When do I get to view my images from the photo shoot? You MUST schedule and attend a “photo proof viewing session” to view your images, receive your 1-11×14 Mounted Print or 20 Holiday Postcards, CD of images (low-resolution with company logo on the images), and online password. There is only ONE viewing appointment per photo shoot session.

What is the 11×14 Mounted Print? It is an 11×14 print mounted on museum quality semi-board with a 1/2″ white border. Perfect for framing! (Sample available to view at your “photo proof viewing session”.)

What are the 20 Holiday Postcards? They are postcards with your own photo to send a truly unique message to your friends and family. (Sample available to view at your “photo proof viewing session”.)

How many images will I get to view? There usually is approximately 30-80 images to view.

Can I view my pictures online? Yes, you will receive the password to your online password-protected gallery at your “photo proof viewing session” appointment.

How do I order more prints and products? You will have the opportunity to place your order of additional prints and images at 25% off at your “photo proof viewing session.” After your “photo proof viewing session”, you will be able to purchase additional prints and products from your online password-protected gallery.

Can my mother, father, sister, husband etc. come in after my “photo proof viewing session” appointment and finalize my first 25% Off order, or can they have their own appointment? One appointment per photo shoot only. YOU MUST bring with you at that time whoever needs to be part of the decision making process.

I am pregnant. Can I use the photo shoot session for “maternity” photos? Yes, as long it takes place at one of the 8 locations listed. Other location requests are subject to approval and additional fees.

I have a newborn. What can I do? Newborns are very hard to photograph outdoors. Please call 626-329-2557 to work out special arrangements for newborn photo shoots.
